The matriarch of our family, Panyeon Lee, opened a small bulgogi restaurant in Jinju, which was at the time, a small but tight-knit community of mostly farmers and factory workers. Through hard work and passion, Panyeon Lee was able to grow her restaurant into a cornerstone of the community. Here at Bulgogi Box, we maintain many of Panyeon Lee’s recipes to this day - but more importantly, we aim to continue cooking with Panyeon Lee’s philosophy with the hope that our customers will love our food back.
